The B & B 2012 is located on the top floor of a quiet residential building. The hotel, set close to the new Tiburtina Station, actually consists of two separate apartments, which share the same floor of the building and communicate through the balcony. The two structures are very different from each other: one is characterized by the strong colors of the walls and floors of traditional oak; the other by a more sober style, light color walls and floors in the finest porcelain. Both, however, have rooms equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, wi- fi, flat screen televisions, toiletries, slippers. For each room, guests can opt to choose one double bed or two single beds. An extra bed can be requested in most rooms. The mattresses are hypoallergenic and come with a comfortable memory foam layer. There are three types of room layouts to choose from: with en-suite bathroom, with exclusive use out-of-room bathroom, with shared out-of-room bathroom. You can choose from different rates that start at 35 euro per person for a double room. The breakfast is not provided inside the B & B, but in a recently opened café located just a few meters from the entrance of the building. The café has a breakfast room and comfortable sofas. The B&B is located right in front of the Studios (formerly De Paolis) and occupies a strategic location for its proximity to the Tiburtina station (just 900 meters in a beeline). You can reach the city center in no time from this important railway junction through the Metro B (just six stops from the Coliseum).
