The location is close to the Nomentana, from which it's a straight shot downtown.
Across the Nomentant/ Ponte Vecchio is the Citta Giardino neighbourhood, which is surrounded by the huge Park dell'Aniene (for runners) and has a nice set of bars and restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, banks.

Not far away, on Nomentana street you can visit Villa Torlonia park and its museums, the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza and the Basilica of St. Agnes overtake in a few minutes with one of the public transport stops nearby. Easy to reach the Sapienza University, the L. U. I. S. S. University, and the Policlinico Umberto I Hospital.

Car parking in the neighborhood is free.

From the Termini Station you have to get on the Bus 90 or 66 or 82 and you need to get off at the stop Nomentana / Val D'Ossola. From here you can walk to Nomentana Home in 4 minutes (KM 0, 25)

From the Fiumicino Airport you have to get on the train FL1 and you need to get off at the Nomentana Station. From here you can walk to Nomentana Home in 10 minutes (Km 0, 9)

Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home or for business travellers.
The apartment is entirely available and it is newly renovated, with new furniture and accessories. We can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
We offer our customer bright and quiet air-conditioned rooms, FREE internet access, child's bed (on request), TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment consists of:
-a living room with table, sofa bed for two and TV
-a bedroom with access to a balcony and with double bed
- a bathroom with all facilities, shower and washing machine
-a completely new kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes and all the necessary for cooking, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a fridge with freezer.

The apartment is notified at the Tourism Autority of Lazio and at the Municipality of Roma Capitale as a private rented accomodation for tourist use. For this type of accommodation, breakfast service is not available.
