The apartment is located on the main road very close to the seafront of the city of Fiumicino on the SACRED ISLAND, all within walking distance and a few minutes from the airport. Very central apartment located on one of the main roads and on the seafront, wide choice of restaurants, bars, pizzerias, bazaars, supermarkets, laundry and pharmacies. Parking is free on the street. Very central apartment located in a very quiet area between the main road of Fiumicino isola sacra and the seafront, we have a small terrace with a very nice sea view and we are at 10 minutes by car from the airport. Apartment has been completely renovated recently. We have two splendid bedrooms capable of accommodating up to 4 people, a kitchenette, a small living room, a nice bathroom and a splendid small terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort with everything you need, cleanliness, location are our strengths. Located on the first floor (no lift). Parking is free on the street.

My name is Patrizia and I manage this business in a non-entrepreneurial way. I love children, the sea, good food and furniture. I really like traveling meeting people and new friends and as new friends in an informal way you will be welcomed when you are our guests inside our house. We always try to meet our guests at checkin, when you will be in our house we remain available via chat, we live near the apartment and we are able to reach it in 10 minutes. We speak fluent Italian, English, Spanish and have limited knowledge of French and Russian.
